In the wake of the Super Eagles’ success, Chidi Victor Ngoka MON, a member of the Island All Stars team and the team kits manager of the Super Eagles, was present at the ZIDORA Travel & Tours 2024 Super Cup.

Despite the quality of the game not living up to expectations, Ngoka expressed optimism about the future of the tournament.
“Even though the quality we had expected didn’t come up, I think it’s a new beginning. This is just the second edition of the Super Cup, and I believe we will get there. We will do well,” said Ngoka, reflecting on the game.
The Island All Stars, who have won the Super Cup for two consecutive years, enjoy widespread support, even against the league winners. When asked why everyone always supports Island All Star to win the ZIDORA Travel & Tours Super Cup against the league winner, Ngoka explained, “Even though the winner of the last competition, Reality Pro, are equally Island All Stars, you will not allow a subsidiary of the club to come and win the main club. So that’s why we are always backing the main club, which is the Island All Stars team.”
This sentiment underscores the loyalty and support the Island All Stars command. Their back-to-back victories in the Super Cup have solidified their position as a dominant force in football.
