Solomon Diafo, a member of Ghana’s mixed 4 x 400 relay race, recently shared his thoughts on the ongoing All-African Games and his aspirations for Olympic qualification.

“Unless the final can come out yet. But we hope and that’s the reason why we are here,” Diafo said, referring to their quest for Olympic qualification.

“The fans have tried very well,” he remarked. “This is my first time seeing the international games with the stadium filled up. I’m very happy about the fans, and they have really done well.”
