The National Leadership of the Youth Assembly of Nigeria (YAN) has issued a statement urging Nigerian citizens to remain calm and support the Government’s efforts to address the ongoing economic challenges.

This appeal comes in the wake of the widespread #EndBadGovernment protests, which have been fueled by public frustration over economic hardships.
In a heartfelt message to the nation, Rt. Hon. Shuaibu Sani, the National Speaker of YAN, emphasized the importance of unity and constructive engagement during these trying times.
He acknowledged the legitimate grievances driving the protests but warned against the potential for violence and destruction if demonstrations continue unchecked.
“We understand the frustrations driving the protests, but we must work together to find lasting solutions,” Sani stated. To this end, YAN has outlined several key appeals:
