Former Director General of defunct National Sports Commission (NSC), Alhassan Yakmut has revealed differences between the National Youth Games and National Sports Festival.
Yakmut told sports247.ng that the youth games is for talent identification while the festival is for talent development.
He expatiated: “The policy was instituted since 2012 and stakeholders should not this.
“All stakeholders should put the debate to rest and ensure that those already discovered this time around are well nurtured.”
