The 21-year-old has inked a three-year contract with the Lavanttal-based club, marking a significant step in his burgeoning career.

Nwaiwu, who played a pivotal role in Enyimba’s success last season, is eager to make an impact at his new club. “I am very happy to be at the club, and it is a great opportunity for me. WAC is a good address in Austria, and I am looking forward to a good season with the team,” the midfielder said during his unveiling press conference.

Having already begun training with his new teammates, Nwaiwu is determined to quickly adapt to life in Austria and contribute to Wolfsberger AC’s ambitions in the Austrian Bundesliga.

The move is a promising development for the young Nigerian, who now has the chance to showcase his talents on the European stage.

Wolfsberger AC, known for developing young talent, will be hoping Nwaiwu adds depth and creativity to their midfield as they aim for success in both domestic and international competitions.
