Winners FC forced KG Sports Academy to a 1-1 Draw on Monday in the second round of KG Foundation Cup to earn a share of the spoils.
The Academy boys who returned from a Europe Scouting mission to Ibadan started the match with confidence and the combination of Godstime Utomi, Joseph Ukah, and Francis Omotunde gave the Winners defense a hell time and in the 25th minute the trio combined and Godstime Utomi set up Francis Omotunde for the opener.
KG Academy continues to push on to extend the lead but Winners held on.

Green Rangers and KG Sports now share 4 points apiece with Winners now on 2 points.
Winners take on Green Rangers on Wednesday while KG Sports will face off with Green Rangers on Friday for the final game of the Group stage.
