Ahead of their week 12 clash against Wikki Tourists in far away Bauchi, Rangers International head coach, Salisu Yusuf has charged his players to change their minds about away games.
The Flying Antelopes have only won an away game this season with a Femi Ajayi strike downing Jigawa Golden Stars in Kaduna.
Answering questions about the poor away run, Salisu confirmed to Sports247 that the players need to feel at home on away grounds.
“You see it is the mindset atimes. We can’t enter to play, all we can do is to coach and psyche the players up to push and believe we can win games anywhere the same way we do in Enugu.”
“You can see how Kwara United played(on Sunday), fought till the very end. It’s a team-building process, we are still coming up. Apart from the loss in Akure, others have been very tight because we lost concentration in Akure but then we will keep working hard.” He concluded.
Rangers’ good home form has pushed them into the top 4 after 11 games and will be hoping to replicate such performances on the road.
