We Want To Take Each Game One At A Time- Ajibolade Olumide Admits After His Side’s 3-1 Victory Over Valiant FC To Go Top Of The Creative Championship League Table

Following his team’s impressive 3-1 victory against Valiant Fc in Match Week 6 of the ongoing Creative Championship League, Remo U19 UEFA license Coach, Ajibolade Olumide has admitted that his side will take each game one at a time, to ensure that they stay top of the Creative Championship League table.

At the Agege stadium Yesterday (Sunday), Remo U19 defeated Valiant Fc 3-1 to go top of the Creative Championship League table.

Speaking after the match with Sports247, Coach of Remo U19, Ajibolade Olumide has expressed his delight in his team going top of the League table, most especially getting a win against an undefeated side. He emphasized that his side with that victory will take each game one at a time as it comes, so as to ensure that they maintain the top spot in the League table.

“Valiant Fc are a very good side, they were unbeaten before today and are on top of the League table. We had to prepare very well to beat them, which we did. They were open in the first half, which allowed us to create chances, and we took them. In the second half, they were tighter at the back and pushed higher upfront for a goal which they did. But I think, overall it was a good game and I am happy we got the win”.

“We have to take each game one at a time, we are positive that we will give our best in every game. Our next game is against Emmydinho, that’s our next focus because we plan to win that to maintain the top spot in the League.

When being asked about what his team does to master the pitch of the Agege stadium after wins against Igamnu Fc and now Valiant Fc, the Gaffer stated that the stadium wasn’t the factor behind his team’s impressive form in the league so far, but understanding amongst his players, as they always give their best in every game as well as stick to his gameplay, regardless of the venue of the match.

“We lost our first game at home. It’s not really about the stadium, it’s about the understanding of the team and the determination of the players. They stick with my gameplan, regardless of where they are playing, they give their best always”, he concluded.

The Win moves Remo U19 to top of the Log in the league, with 15 points, while Valiant Fc are now in second place with 13 points to their name.
