The Team Manager of Crown FC, Mr Monsur Suleiman has reiterated that the Ajilete Warriors keep improving on daily basis and are ready to spring surprises when the league resume tentatively on the 18th March, 2020 , as being speculated.
The Ex – Crown FC and First Bank player stated this after the Ajilete Warriors played a goalless draw with their babe club, Ogbomoso United FC, a new amateur two (2) side today at the Soun Township Stadium in Ogbomoso.
The friendly game which saw both teams show the technical and tactical stuffs they were made of really gave the spectators a memorable moment as there was no dull moment from the commencement of the game to the end of the duration time.
“It was a good game by both sides. Crown FC keeps improving on daily basis and I can categorically say we will spring surprises when the league resume. We keep correcting the identified mistakes after each game and Im happy with the players’ commitment because they are all coachable. The fantastic job on the part of the technical crew headed by Oladunni Oyekale is worth appreciating. We have identified certain areas that need very urgent solutions and we will go back to the drawing board and fix it”.
” We have played ten (10) friendly games since the break in December , won five (5) games, drawn three (3) and lost two (2) which is not bad. We will keep putting the team in the best shape by playing more Grade A friendly games ahead of the league which is slated to tentatively commence on the 18th March, 2020″, Ojotoro as he is fondly called said.
Crown FC is expected to host Bendel Insurance Football Club of Benin at the Soun Stadium in Ogbomoso when actions in the second tier league resumes across the various centres nationally.
