Kwara United chairman Kumbi Titiloye has admitted that the team failed to achieve its goals for the 2022/23 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

The Harmony Boys barely managed to escape relegation following a turbulent campaign.
Kwara United survived the drop with a slim 1-0 win against relegated Nasarawa United on matchday 17.
Titiloye, however, revealed that the aspirations and targets of the team would be pursued with utmost seriousness in the future.
“We agree that the target set this season was not met,” he began in a chat with the club’s media.
“I pledged that the Board and management will continue to work hard to ensure the aspirations of the Supporters of the team will be pursued, with utmost seriousness.”
Kwara United has embarked on a one-month break to give room for the management to analyze the technical reports and other general assessments.
