Nazor Chuks, the captain of AS Racines, reflected on the team’s performance in the Lagos FA pre-season tournament, comparing their first and second games.

AS Racines drew their second game against BYT FC. Nazor, who has been an integral part of the team for four years and plays as a winger, shared his thoughts in an interview with Sports247.
“We did better today, but we were not able to score goals; that is the difference,” Nazor commented when asked to compare their first and second games. He emphasized that the team played well in both matches, highlighting their need to improve their scoring and capitalize on the chances they create.
Regarding what this means for the team’s future, he expressed the determination to enhance their performance and ensure that everyone is on the same level for the next game. Nazor’s leadership role as captain involves motivating his teammates and fostering unity within the squad.

When asked about assessing their opponents, Nazor emphasized that AS Racines prefers not to focus on their rivals’ strengths or weaknesses but instead concentrates on their own performance and adapting to whatever challenges they encounter on the pitch.
