The Authentic Nigeria Football and Allied Sports Supporters Club, (ANFASSC) has charged the Super Eagles to build on their success in the group stage when the knockout stages of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations take centre stage in Cote D’Ivoire.
The National President of ANFASSC, Prince Abayomi Ogunjimi who spoke with the media at the Stade de Felix yesterday after the three time African Champions defeated Guinea Bissau 1-0 said the team has delivered what matters most at this stage.
“The most important thing is to get out of the group and the team has done that, so we look forward to the round of 16 and we expect even a better performance from them all round”
“As it is now, we just need to build on the confidence and take each game as it comes, we will go even farther, we are capable of winning, but let’s take it a game at a time, we can do it again”.
ANFASSC was at the match venue yesterday, sensationally dressed in the Green and white attire of Nigeria and ensured that the team didn’t lack support.
The Supporters Club will also be there in the round of 16 game and the National President, Prince Ogunjimi has assured that his team will be glamorously supporting the Super Eagles.
