The World Africa Boxing Association (WABA) added another high profile recognition after the USA based Commission of Boxing Association (COfBA) recognized its reputation to elevate boxing and combat spots.
According to the Director of the Human Resources Management (DHRM) Ms. Irene Joseph Magebo, COfBA’s communication echoes WABA’s resolve to protect the sport of boxing from been monopolized by a few record database.
“WABA firmly understands and appreciates the roles of boxing record keepers and believes that it should not be monopolized the opinion shared with COfBA also,” said the WABA DHRM.
This development is coming as WABA is working with the Ringside Gym Global of Dubai to co-ordinate the international Ring Officials Training Seminar in the United Arab Emirates’ Commercial Hub Archipelago, Dubai from November 16th to 18th to be followed by a MEGA International boxing, MMA, Kickboxing and Muaythai even on November 20th, respectively.
Dubai’s International Ring Officials Training Seminar is certified by both the USA-based APBC and BMMAFU and expects to draw a large turnout from the Middle East and the Persian Gulf, Asia, Africa, and South East Asia as dates draw closer.
