In what promises to be a grand event, a special golf tournament would be held to tee-off the Chairman of the TYB IGRCC Lt. Gen. Lamidi Adeosun, the former Director of Operations, Policy and Plans at the Army Headquarters to mark his reassignment from the Army Headquarters.
The event, slated to take place at the TYB International Golf Resort and Country Club, Musa Yar’adua Barracks, Abuja on March 20, would also feature a special promotion kitty for some recently promoted officers of the Nigerian Army including Major Generals I.S Ali, A.A Fayemiwo, Akerejola, E. Undiandeye and R.L. Sinjen. Others are Brig. Generals A. Rabiu, A.Y Yakubu, K. Nwoko, A. Rabiu and Air Commodores Z.L Dangaji and Emma Ukpong.
The anchor man of this event, the Vice Captain of the Club, Brig. Gen. GG Shipi (Rtd) has pegged the ceremonial tee off for 8am while the closing ceremony and presentation of prizes will commence at 4pm of the same day.
