Ahead of game 2 against Uzbekistan in the on-going Women’s Cup in Turkey, Aisha Falode, Chairperson of the NWFL board has joined the team in Turkey to support the team.
Nigeria take on Uzbekistan today by 5 pm Ngn time.
In a tweet by the Super Falcons media officer, Oluchi Tobechukwu, Aisha Falode was seen in pictures with stars of the team.
The NWFL board Chairperson will be proud of herself as 5 players from the NWFL were invited to the national team with Edo Queens’ Glory Ogbonna playing in the first game.
Earlier in the first game, the Super Falcons defeated CSKA Moscow by a lone goal.
