Nigeria forward Emmanuel Umeh has completed a move to the Swiss side, FC Zurich.
The former Flying Eagles player penned a five-year contract with Ricardo Moniz’s team.
The 19-year-old was previously on the roster of Bulgarian outfit, Botev Plovdiv.
Umeh was a pivotal part of Botev Plovdiv’s side that clinched the Bulgarian Cup last season.
Having arrived at Botev Plovdiv from the Russian side FDC Vista in 2022, Umeh spent two years with the Bulgarian club, scoring 11 goals and providing three assists in 47 appearances.
A graduate of the Right2Win Academy, Umeh represented Nigeria at the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Argentina, showcasing his potential on the international stage.
