Nigerian winger Henry Onyekuru has returned to Turkish outfit Adana Demirspor from Greek professional club Olympiacos on a one-year loan, Sports247 Nigeria can confirm.
The transfer was confirmed on Adana Demirspor’s twitter account on Sunday evening, with a tweet that reads; “Our club signed a 1-year loan agreement with Henry Onyekuru with an option to purchase,” which would mark his fourth stint in Turkiye.
Onyekuru began his professional football career at Belgian football club KAS Eupen in 2015, where he had his breakthrough. He scored 30 goals in 59 appearances for Eupen.
The 25-year-old has gone ahead to play for Anderlecht, Galatasaray and Monaco.
Onyekuru made his debut for the Super Eagles in 2017, he has featured 16 times and has scored two goals.
