Enyimba’s top striker and highest goal scorer, Victor Mbaoma has moved from the Aba based to Algeria’s MC Alger.
The striker has netted 16 goals in the NPFL this season making him joint highest goal scorer with Rivers United, Akuneto Chijioke.
Mbaoma is also the one of the only two players to have bagged a hattrick this season in the NPFL after he scored thrice against Kwara United some days ago.
Announcing their new arrivals on their Twitter handle, MC Alger announced that Mbaoma signed a two year deal with club till 2024.
“The player Victor Mbaoma has officially signed a two year deal with our club for a period of two seasons.” The tweet read.
The hot striker made his debut in the Super Eagles colours this month as he played against Mexico and Ecuador in the friendlies matches of the US Tour.
The goal poacher has netted 50 NPFL goals in his career that started from Remo Stars before he joined Akwa United.
