-Team Tours Direct CEO Terry O’Neill Assures Maximum Support For Young Players
Sequel to the visit of the CEO of Buruj Sports Academy Salaudeen Waheed to the United Kingdom office of Team Tours Direct, the organisers of Super Cup, there are strong indications that the young players of the Academy who will make the trip will have unique opportunities to play against the youth sides of EPL teams like Manchester United, Everton and Stoke City.
Terry O’Neill, the CEO of Team Tours Direct while receiving Dr. Salaudeen on Wednesday afternoon expressed his delight that young talents from Nigeria are being organised by Buruj Sports Academy to showcase their talents and promised to do everything within his powers to help them play in front of seasoned coaches, agents and scouts who will storm the venues to shop for exciting talents.
The Welsh-born sports and tours management company CEO therefore challenged the players who will make the trip to prepare to face tough opposition from selected EPL teams they are going to face after the tournament proper.
“We are going to make sure Buruj Boys enjoy the opportunity of showcasing their talents against EPL sides after they must have performed well during the Super Cups. We wanted to do it the other time both in 2017 and 2018 but it didn’t work out due to some unforeseen situations but this time around, scouts from Manchester United, Everton, Stoke City and many more will be willing to watch the boys closely and we are going to afford them that unique opportunity.”
“We are very happy to have our good friend Honourable Buruj in the house and we have had some very useful discussions. We are eager to see the young champions from Nigeria once again and hopefully, they will benefit maximally from participating in our tournaments,” the ebullient Welshman enthused.
