Three Kg Sports Academy Players have been selected to take part in the state Championship. Midfilder Kenneth Onuh and Defender Ayo Sarafa will join the U13 team while Forward Chindinma Onwuka has been selected to join the Female Under 15 team.
All three Players have been outstanding for the KG sports Academy side and would team up with others starting from June 18 as Preparations for the Championship starts.
According to the Cordinator for the Agbor Team, Mr Winners Ojewa, the Competiton will start immediately after the Schools reopen with indication that schools will resume on June 27th following the lockdown as a result of the COVID 19 Pandemic.
Once School resume, the players will be part of the Academical representing Ika and should they win the state Championship, they will be representing Delta State in Three Different Tournament this Season, The first will be at the Edo National Sports Festival, then Kwara state and finally the Channels youth Tourney.
