In celebration of the 56th birthday of Honorable Kunle Soname, a novelty football match which had ex-international Victor Ikpeba, top Nigerian sports journalist Charles Anazodo and the likes as well as football administrators from around like Kenedy Boboye and the president of G12 FC, Mr. Hakeem Mustapha Olatunji who was quick to speak to sports247 about the celebrant.
“I call him my world best,” he said. “This is a man that is so humble and one to emulate. A lot of top players and football administrators are here to honor him and it says a lot,” Hakeem said.
“He’s the kind of person that can lead Nigerian football properly. Take a look at the Beyond Limit project. This man has a real interest in Nigerian football and this is the kind and man we need to develop our football. If we have more of him, this country’s football will develop a lot, maybe more than Europe,” he concluded.
