Meriem Gouttel, goalkeeper of the Algerian national handball team, shared her thoughts following their defeat to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in the semi-final match of the African Games in Ghana.

“It was a tough game. We started very well. We defended very well. But the experience, we didn’t have enough experience to control the game. So Congo won the game, and they were more efficient than us,” she said.
