Nigerian grassroots coach, Ayere Sylvester is about to begin life as a coach in Dubai as the Dubai Under-13 league gets set to kick start with the announcement of fixtures.
Ayere made his switch to Dubai after a final spell in Nigeria as Head of Opposition Analysis for Nationwide League One side, Gbagada Football Club.
This came after successful outings with Freibergerweg FA, Rainieri FC, Rainieri Ladies FC and Oasis Ladies FC as the head coach before being appointed as head coach of United FC Under 13 in Dubai and one of the assistant coaches of 3rd division side Fleetwood FC who have now gained promotion to the second division.
Coach Ayere is set to unleash his protagonist tactics which have seen him achieve so much success and growth in Nigeria in the Dubai League after several interactions with the lads who are taking the style of play well.
His focus on high pressing and creating 2v1 and 3v1 situations to help players wiggle out of difficult positions is one he holds dearly as he takes another big step in his coaching career.
