Nigerian youth striker Wisdom Ubani put pen to paper signing a deal and joining the payroll of Croatian side Locomotivia and the striker has expressed huge gratitude to everyone who had a hand or played a major role in his career.
“I’ll like to say thank you to God for making this journey a successful one because it’s truly not been easy,” Wisdom told Sports247. “To everyone who participated in making me who I am today I’m saying a big thank you to them,” he added.
Wisdom who represented team Lagos at the Edo 2020 National Sports Festival and also Nigeria at the U17 & U20 level did not stop at praises after setting targets for himself and saying that the work is not done.
“I’m setting a target for myself to work hard and get to the highest level because there’s still a lot of work to do and the journey had just begun. I just need to put in more effort,” the striker concluded.
