‘Thank You Enyimba’ Daga Pens Emotional Farewell Note As Molde FC Completes Deal

Enyimba’s dependable defensive midfielder Daniel Daga has officially left Enyimba FC as he penned his farewell message, Sports247 reports.

The Nigeria youth international was a strong member of the Enyimba International FC squad until he signed a deal with the Norwegian top side,
Daniel Daga bid farewell to Norwegian side Molde FK during the January 2025 transfer window.

After finalising all paperwork and necessary little details between the both clubs, Daga left the shores of the country for his new base, the 18 year old penned an emotional note for his teammates, management and fans of the People’s Elephants of Aba via media media.

He acknowledged the fans for their support, including the management and
and supporters of the club for their unwavering support throughout his time at Enyimba.

Daniel Daga wrote:

“From my first game for the People’s Elephant to the last, it was a special privilege to wear and fight for this badge. The achievements we shared as a team, the challenges we overcame together, and the endless support from the 12th player (the fans) will always stay with me.”

“The constant encouragement, motivation, and push from the coaches, staff, and management of this great club are memories I will forever cherish. As I say goodbye to Enyimba, I wish you all the best for the future.

” Thank you, Enyimba FC, the defensive midfielder concluded.

Daniel Daga broke out from FC One Rocket in the NNL, Nigeria second tier league where he was spotted by the handlers of the Nigeria U20 National team known as the Flying Eagles where he helped Nigeria to qualify for the FIFA World Cup in 2023 and helped the team to the quarter finals of the World Cup.
