Teams are already arriving in Benin City, Edo State for the commencement of the National Division One Handball League.
The Division One League, a qualifying tournament for the top-tier National Handball Premier League sponsored by Prudent Energy, begins today with a technical meeting involving officials of all teams before hostilities commence bright and early tomorrow morning (Saturday).
The technical meeting will hold at 8 pm at the Sports Complex Gymnasium along Sapele road off Agip junction, Benin City, Edo State.
Draws would be done at the technical meeting as well.
Secretary-General of the Handball Federation of Nigeria (HFN) Alhaji Maigidansanma had earlier stated that officials of the HFN are already in Benin to ensure that everything needed for the successful hosting of the league are in place alongside the Edo State Handball Association.
