Team Nigeria is intensifying preparations for the ITF/CAT West & Central African Junior Tennis Championships, set to commence this weekend in Lomé, Togo.

The Nigerian squad, led by top-ranked sensation Chukwudubem Amasiani and seasoned player Seyi Ogunsakin, is currently in camp at the National Stadium in Surulere, Lagos. Both athletes are Nigeria’s key contenders in the Boys’ U-14 category.
Nigeria will also participate in the Boys’ U-16 as well as the Girls’ U-14 and U-16 categories.
The championship in Lomé offers qualifying spots for the prestigious African Junior Championships (AJC) later this year.
