Jeremiah Christopher of Broad City picked up the man of the match award after a fine performance to help his side broad city to a 2-0 victory over Iganmu Tigers FC in matchweek three of the creative championship league.

“Having our third win today is a thing of joy for us and we’ve told one another that the league just started. I’m happy for the award and it’s all down to the effort of the entire team”, Jeremiah told Sports247.
With three out of three and an unbeaten start to the season, Broad City became only the second side ever in TCC history to win their first three league matches after Gbagada FC in the 2021/22 season which Jeremiah attributed to hard work.

“Victory for us today is an evidence that hard work pays. We came into the game like a final game just like our coach told us and we’re happy to win,” he said.
Broad City lead the pack with maximum nine points, scoring six times and only being breached once by Beyond Limits in matchweek one.
