Man of the match in the opening day 3-1 victory for Broad City over Beyond Limits, Sanusi Hanif has said that his side really wants to win the TCC League title this season.
The winger put up a fine performance to earn himself the award but the lad felt he could have done better in the game nonetheless, adding that his side wants to be crowned champions of the league this season.
“It’s a privilege to be the man of the match, this is a big motivation for us as we really want to win the TCC league this season”, Sanusi told Sports247.
“I was expecting more from myself but I’m still grateful for how I was able to perform”, he added.
Broad City led up till stoppage time but were unable to see the game out without conceding a goal when a long range effort from Beyond Limits FA went in.
“We slept at the last minute, conceded and lost the clean sheet but we’ll keep working hard to win other games and keep clean sheets”, Sanusi said.
