In a post-match interview with Sports 247, Onabajo reflected on the game’s challenges and the team’s performance. “It was looking like a game that we were almost losing. But with determination and concentration, we were able to turn it around and win at last,” he said. He also expressed the team’s determination to keep fighting despite the challenges they’ve faced this season.
Onabajo also praised the team’s progress throughout the season. “It’s a tough season so far and we just keep looking at it and not the position we plan to find ourselves where we are now, but it’s not like we are doing badly. We just keep fighting. And we know that this season has been a very tough season with the team. Everything has really improved,” he stated.
With this victory, Athletic Business now holds the 7th position in the league, with 27 points from 20 matches. As the season progresses, Athletic Business and Onabajo are setting their sights on future victories, aiming to continue their winning streak and climb the league rankings.
