Gbagada FC goalkeeper Babalola Lukman has lamented his side abysmal form in the 2023/24 TCC campaign following a narrow 1-0 loss to table toppers BroadCity FC of the matchday three contest in the early hours of today.
With this result, it means Gbagada FC search for a first win of the season rages on following the 1-0 loss at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan Stadium, Sports247.ng writes.
“I feel so bad and I’m not really happy because of the nature of the goal that we conceded, it’s disappointing but I believe that we can still do better going forward”.
“The weather wasn’t helpful either because the opponent scored us against the run of play after we lost possession in a very delicate space and we were punished for it”.
“We want to shake off this defeat do that we can quickly pick up ourselves for the remaining games of the season and hopefully, when we go back to training on Monday, we will be able to correct our mistakes and make necessary adjustments”, Lukman allayed.
“For the next game, we must win, we want to win”, he emphasized.
