Broad City head coach, Oluwaseun Ogunmoyero who is having his first season with the team and are currently participating in the Creative Championship has said that he’s happy with the team display as they nicked a nervy 1-0 victory against Valiant FC in the last game of the opening fixture.
He said this in his post match reactions with Sports247.ng explaining that the win will serve as a stepping stone for them in the league.
“I make sure by all means we are able to win this match because the way you start is the way you finish as they say and since we started strong, I believe the season will be well for us as well.”
“It’s a good one for the boys, for the team and management at large.”
With more than 18 matches still to be played, Ogunmoyero gave a glimpse of the club’s aim saying that there aren’t any sole target to avoid putting pressure on the boys.
“We will take the match as it comes, one at a time while looking forward for the next game. I told then at the beginning of the game to just play taking each game as if it’s our last.”
“We are not thinking of the remaining games but the moment and we plan for it when it comes,” he stated.
