Nwoke’s favor heroics in the goalless draw against Gbagada FC has been rewarded with the Valiant FC midfielder receiving the man of the match award as he issues rally cries to his teammates ahead of thier must win league game against Atlantic Business FC.
He was crowned MOTM in the cup game against Gbagada FC as both teams shared the spoils in a goalless draw at the Legacy Pitch Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
Nwoke revealed that the team has put thier cup game stalemate behind them, “that is gone because we are currently placed second but our attention, main focus is on the league.”
“We aren’t happy with our current position, bottom of the league. The game against Business Atlantic is a must win for us, no slip ups, this is the big task, we just have to win that game at all cost.”
Valiant FC are are the last placed team in the Creative League battling relegation, they will be facing Business Atlantic as the second phase of the league kick-starts tomorrow at the same venue.
