The Team Manager of Crown Football Club of Ogbomoso, Mr. Monsur Suleiman, has charged the players of the Ajilete Warriors to take the bull by the horns as the team prepares ahead of the 2020/2021 Nigeria National League Season which will commence in no distant time.
The former Crown FC forward made the assertion today Monday 26th October 2020, while addressing the retained and some of the new players at the Soun Township Stadium.
In his words, the TM said;
” It’s not our power. Many have gone so I want to use this opportunity to thank God for keeping us alive. We did well last season but unfortunately, the league was canceled. I want us to take it from where we stopped last season and by God’s grace, we will get there.
The former NITEL FC player also charged the players to be focused as a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step while proper preparation will prevent them from performing poorly.
He concluded by wishing all the players the very best of luck and admonished them to be more hardworking and very disciplined on and off the pitch.
” And for the new players, I wish you all the best. If you are picked, fine, but if you aren’t picked that doesn’t mean you are a bad player. Thumbs up, guys,” Ojotoro, as the team manager is fondly called, said
