Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi helped his team secure a 2-0 win over Chelsea in a Premier League on Tuesday.
Ndidi had scored against the same opponent last season when both sides shared the spoils back then.
Having to wait for just 6 minute to score a goal after Chelsea failed to clear their lines from a corner, Ndidi struck a rifle with his left foot.
The Ñigeria’s shot was helped on into the back of the net by the upright as the goal keeper was rooted to the spot.
Apart from scoring the first goal, Ndidi was tremendous in the midfield battle for his team as he made several interceptions and protected his back 4 well.
Leicester with the win are now top of the Premier League.
