Minister for Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare has celebrated Victor Osimhen’s African record move from Lille to Napoli after a blistering debut campaign while also challenging the growth and development of Nigerian youth talents.
Osimhen who joined the Ligue 1 side from Chaleroi after many failed trials had been subject to several big move from various suitors including the likes of Inter Milan, Dortmund before the deal with Gennaro Gattuso’s men earlier this week.

The striker, who scored 18 goals in 38 appearances for the Ligue 1 side in the 2019-20 season, moves to Naples in a deal reported to be worth €50 million (£45m/$59m).
