Top of the list of new arrivals at the Borno State-owned NPFL returnees are two tested strikers, Moyere Oluwa Suleiman and Sunday Ajibola, who both played for Lobi Stars of Makurdi last season.
They will be joined up front in the search for goals in both the continental and domestic campaigns by former Sporting Lagos winger, Clement Naantum.
To provide defence splitting passes from central midfield, the three-time Nigerian FA Cup winners will look up to Mohammad Aminu, who arrives from Kano Pillars, with defensive cover to be provided by former Sporting Lagos battler, Henry Ndedi.
Also arriving from Sporting Lagos is fast rising goalkeeper, Agbo Ekoi, who will receive cover at right back from former Doma United defender, Bilal Yakubu and centre back, Rahman Olarewaju from Kwara United.
Aside from the nine newly signed players that have been confirmed by the 2024 President Federation Cup winners, El-Kanemi Warriors, a club statement further disclosed that five others have also been invited to join the team in the coming days, as their pre-season build-up begins in earnest.
