Nigeria international Sunday Adetunji says he might have a decision to make on his club future as he returns to Abia Warriors after a loan deal to Enyimba elapsed.
Adetunji joined the People’s Elephants on a season long loan and was instrumental in the team’s CAF Confederations Cup semi final push but has since rejoined Abia Warriors in pre season, but the forward told sports247.ng exclusively he’ll be willing to return to the Aba based club, but admits the decision is out of his hands.
He said. ‘I had a very good time with Enyimba last season and won’t mind going back. The experience and exposure I gathered there was second to none and I wish I can continue my learning with them but that decision is not for me to make now.”
Adetunji receive his first Super Eagles call up and cap in an ninternational friendly against the lone star of Liberia where he got the opportunity to play and interact with former World Footbaler of the year George Weah and president of Liberia before being listed by Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr as a standby player in the 2019 AFCON qualifier against South Africa and the international friendly against The Cranes of Uganda.
