Squash Federation of Nigeria has moved to renovate playing surfaces and courts for the game across the country, as it seeks better facilities that would boost performances ion the coming year.
This was made known in an exclusive chat with sports247.ng by the body’s president, Boye Oyerinde, who said various centres across the country will be renovated.
Oyerinde stated further that the squash federation will embark on massive fund drive to ensure they have enough money to execute various projects and plans in 2019.
Oyerinde staed: “There is a need for us to improve the quality of our squash playing facilities in Nigeria.
“We need to improve our facilities and other infrastructure for the sport in order to improve the quality of play and make better the fortunes of the country when we go international.”
