“This program was so fun and lively, although it exercises, but this is one of the best ones that I’ve ever attended. Before I attended this program, I was like, how is it going to be for me and getting here? It was so really superb,” Nofisat expressed.
Expressing gratitude, Nofisat extended her wishes for divine support to the leaders behind the initiative, acknowledging the significant impact it has on the community’s well-being.
“The benefits of this initiative are that it helps reduce stress and depression. Even when you have too much fat in the body, it reduces it and so on,” she remarked, underlining the program’s multifaceted advantages.
Nofisat urged others to prioritize regular exercise for its profound impact on longevity and overall health. “My advice to others is that you just keep doing exercise for your body. The more you do the exercise, the longer you live,” she emphasized.
In closing, Nofisat extended her gratitude to the Lagos State government for spearheading such a valuable initiative. “I also want to thank the Lagos state government for such an initiative and it is a privilege for me to be here,” she concluded, underscoring the significance of community engagement and proactive measures for physical well-being.
