Bursaspor of Turkey defender, Shehu Abdullahi is happy that he has put his recent battles with injury behind him and back in action with his club, hence his verdict that he was able to start the new week with smiles.
Shehu was in 90 minutes action in a goalless draw away to Ancaragucu with his Turkish Super Lig club last weekend, which he admitted added tonic to his mood and made him start the week with joy, despite getting a 85th minute yellow card inn the encounter.

Though his team are still placed 15th on the table, Shehu is looking with excitement ahead of Sunday’s battle at home against visiting Galatasaray, who were on fire this past Monday, with Henry Onyekuru scoring twice in their 5-0 spanking of Antalyaspor and are second on the Lig table.
The Super Eagles star took to social media to disclose how he started the new week with a smile during training on Monday, and added prayers for his well wishers and fans to also get God’s blessings this week.
