President of the Nigeria football Federation Amaju Melvin Pinnick has called on all football technocrats in the country to work together in order to drive towards one goal which is improving the sport in Nigeria and see it attain enviable heights in African and the world at large.
Pinnick said this on the backdrop of the recent administrative crisis faced by the federation which brought football to a standstill in the country as well as ushering in a ban threat from the world football governing body FIFA.
The president furthermore urged all aggrieved individuals to put their grievances away and help grow the game in Nigeria instead of stalling the progress made with selfish reasons.
The former Delta FA boss said he has also forgiven everyone who wronged him and urged all to do the same, saying there is nothing in life worth fighting or dying for having been taught a lesson from recent events that saw at Leicester City’s owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha losing his life in a tragic accident.
