Earlier today, the brain behind the #RebuildShasha initiative, Prince Adetayo Adekunle, facilitated the disbursement of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA (#500,000) cash grant to selected petty traders in Shasha Market, Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The grant was gotten through the Rural Women Programme of the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs.
Speaking at the venue of the disbursement, Prince Adekunle appreciated the Hon. Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Sunday Dare, for working out the interministerial synergy that led to the disbursement.
Traders of the popular market who could not hide their joy showered praises and prayers on the facilitator Adekunle and the Hon. Minister Sunday Dare.
It would be recalled that Prince Adetayo Adekunle has been at the forefront of agitations for victims of the Shasha Market Crisis since the crisis broke out three weeks ago. His legal support initiative tagged PAA-LSI which he set up in the wake of the crisis has continued to receive commendations from far and near.
