It was a day to remember as the sfcoba 94 set celebrated their 25th reunion at the Golden Tulip Hotel Ikeja.
Wecome address was read by the chairman of the set, Tosin Adeniji while a brief history of the school was given by the vice chairman Sola Okesesan.
The occasion was graced by 3 of their teachers Mrs okiei, Mrs Temenu and Mrs ademiju (nee wahab) who shared their experiences at being teachers at a boys only school. They were appreciated with gift items by the set.
Tribute was paid to those who had gone to higher ground by observing a one minute silence for them .
The atmosphere was lit up by comedies and jabs from the MC “big Ant” (anthony ofili), the great music producer “ID cabasa” (Olumide Ogunade) gave a remarkable speech on transformation of boys to Men, life survival skill sets learnt from the school and the escapes of boys as they grew up while Afeez Agoro, “the tallest man in Nigeria”added glitz and glamour to the event. All were members of the great set of 94.
It was an avenue to thank the former exco under the leadership of Christopher malagwu with awards presentation while transferring the banner to the next new exco.
AllCO group was on ground to offer financial investment advices to the set as this is the stage in ones life where retirement plan takes the front burner.
Action moved to the pool side where music and drinks were served and men let down their guards to relax and show one another their true selves, while networking.
It was day to relish for all present and absent as live feeds were relayed and all eagerly yearn for another opportunity to gather together under this umbrella body.
