Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) secretary-general, Dr Mohammed Sanusi has disclosed that the soccer governing body is awaiting Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations’ programme.
Sanusi told sports247.ng that the NFF leadership is waiting for Rohr to submit his programme for Cameroon 2019 early next year, so that the federation can put things into motion.
Sanusi added that the moment Rohr submits his programme, it will be looked at dispassionately and approved so that preparations can begin.
“We are expecting the coach to submit his programme in the first week of January, at the latest, so that we can look at it and take the right decisions to help us quickly commence preparation for the Nations Cup,” he said.
