Saleh Yahaya’s First Moldovan League Goal Earns Zimbru A Deserved Point

Former Right2Win attacking midfielder, Saleh Yahaya, scored a second-half equalizer to earn FC Zimbru a deserved 1-1 draw against Dinamo Auto FC, at the Tiraspol city, in Divizia Nationala – Moldova.

Yahaya’s sublime finish in the 49th minute pinched a priceless point for Zimbru away from home.

Dinamo Auto took the lead against the run of play in the 22nd minute when Andrey Panych’s far-post cross from the left was headed back across goal and into the net by Yehor Kondratiuk.

But impressive Zimbru were back in it four minutes after the interval, with Yahaya guiding a perfectly-placed shot inside the box past Dinamo goalkeeper.

Yahaya was booked in the 75th minute for an overzealous challenge but see out the game with an impressive display.

His compatriot Bolu Pascal, also got 90 minutes on his second start of the season, while Okezie Ebenezer made it to the team squad for the contest.
