The Port Harcourt-based club emerged victorious with a 1-0 win at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan, Lagos.
The decisive moment came in first-half stoppage time when Blessing Okpe calmly converted a penalty kick.
Naija Ratels fought hard but failed to find an equalizing goal, and Rivers Angels held on to claim the coveted trophy.
The penalty was awarded after Naija Ratels’ defender, Adebayo Jumai, handled the ball inside the box.
Okpe’s clinical finish beyond goalkeeper Faith Omilani sealed the victory for the Angels.
