Remo Stars head coach Daniel Ogunmodede is confident ahead of their Week 4 encounter against Rangers International in the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
The Sky Blue Stars, who have won all three of their opening matches, are yet to drop a point this season. “It’s a game we must win. The boys are ready to end September on a high note, just as we started,” Ogunmodede stated, eager to continue their perfect run.
With two away victories and one home win, Remo Stars top the NPFL table with nine points.
Ogunmodede highlighted his squad’s depth, including the young players promoted from their academy. “We are promoting based on merit, and those deserving will get their chance,” he noted, stressing the importance of squad rotation in maintaining their strong form.
As they prepare to face Rangers once again, the Sky Blue Stars are focused on extending their unbeaten streak. Ogunmodede remains ambitious about the club’s objectives this season, stating,
“Anything short of winning the league this season won’t be appreciated.” With confidence high and the team performing at their best, Remo Stars aim to secure another win and tighten their grip on the NPFL top spot.
