Nduka Junior, the captain of Remo Stars, has emphasized that the team’s upcoming fixture against Bayelsa United is their primary focus, setting aside their outstanding game against Rivers United.
Despite a recent setback against Rangers that saw Remo Stars drop to fifth on the log, Junior emphasized the importance of maintaining a one-match-at-a-time mentality.

Speaking about the team’s mindset, Junior stated, “Our focus now is our next game coming up on Saturday, which is against Bayelsa United.
We want to take every game as it comes. It’s a step-by-step thing, and we don’t want to rush any game.”
Remo Stars’ captain acknowledged the team’s current standing in the league, especially after Enyimba’s victory over Gombe United, which widened the gap in the standings.
However, he reiterated the team’s commitment to approaching each match with full concentration and determination.
“The game against Rivers is not what we’re focused on right now,” Junior emphasized. “Nevertheless, we are mindful of where we are on the log, fifth position.”
As Remo Stars prepare to face Bayelsa United, Junior’s words reflect the team’s determination to bounce back from recent challenges and maintain their pursuit of success in the league.
With a disciplined approach and a focus on the task at hand, Remo Stars aim to secure a positive result in their upcoming fixture.
