Without question, the right flexibility exercises and abdominal strengthening routines are most important for a healthy back. Follow these tips for your back pain relief;
1. Adequate daily water intake (at least two quarts daily) is essential for healthy disks of the back and for adequate synovial fluid to keep the joints lubricated (TIME TO HYDRATE).
2. To avoid strain on lower back, always lift heavy objects by bending your knees, not your waist.
3. Maintain good posture(gym,home, office, sleeping, class)..
4. Avoid excessive jarring exercises – including running.
If you have similar back problems, avoid the “jarring” motion of running on a hard surface. Switch to cycling, swimming, brisk walking or other low- intensity exercises. They’re better than running or jogging because they condition our hearts without damaging or destroying our joints or disks.
High -intensity activity – where you’re huffing and puffing – can result in injury to muscles, tendons, joints or ligaments and can form many more free radicals, which may lead to cataracts, heart attacks, cancer, accelerated aging and decreased immune function. That’s why you need exercise that works with your body, not against it. I also strongly recommend taking antioxidants both before and after exercising.
